Presents

The Civil War in the Southwest
March 8-9, 2008

The Arizona State Park at Picacho Pass will be sponsoring its annual Civil War in the Southwest this March 8-9, 2008.

The event is free to all Civil War reenactors. There are three reenactments each day:

  • The battle of Valverde, Glorieta
  • And the smaller scripted Skirmish at Picacho Pass.

There will be sutlers, food vendors, and the usual amenities. The permanent rostrooms at the park even have shower facilities.

The park is located just off I-10, 40 miles west of Tucson. You can register at the site, or if you provide your mailing address, the park will send a registration packet to you.

You can also contact me by email for additional information.
